Hello! I'm looking for an old friend I used to play with in 05-07, ish. I'm not sure the exact year.
We talked a lot on MSN and the name was someonejm.
I had a dream about him a while ago and have been trying everywhere to find him to no avail.

Hi! I'm having doubts that your friend is still playing here after nearly twenty years. You can try RODEX (the in-game mailing system) to contact him, if you still know his in-game handle, but it might still not work out if he's blocking incoming messages from non-friended people.

You might have to research a little.  Sometimes, you can find someone indirectly through their friends that might still be online.  Was he in a WoE guild back then on the subscription LOKI server which transitioned onto the F2P server Valkyrie in 2008?  If you don't remember his guild name but might remember a guild logo if you saw it again, lots of guild logos from the F2P Valkyrie server era are at the CHOOBS site which kept track of WoE statistics.  For example:
