Strange?my settings in game resets to deafults?after maintenance

 

skill bar settings and keys

emoticons alt+M

etc etc

 

i useally making alt+M a notepads when important notes to consider. 

 

what happen?

base on my findings? making the settings universal again and not account lock? way back its per account settings..
