AFAIK. They don’t entertain any bug reports unless you file it on warp portal support website. I filed one recently couple weeks after and they fixed it.

It doesn't look like anyone has won anything from March event actually.  Supposed to be Safe to +14 certs as well and no one has been drawn or listed as winners.

 

How long does it normally take for them to do the drawings for event that ended 3 weeks ago?

I've heard the +14 Certs were distributed actually.

 

Kung Fu card only gives the HP/SP/DEF/MDEF per 10 levels. Otherwise, that'd be pretty broken for how easy it is to get lol.
