Hey guys,

I have recently took a break from ragnarok just shortly before the implementation of the third job classes. I login and find that all of my characters have been wiped or deleted.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you take a break before the Ymir server came to fruition per chance?

I stopped playing around September time last year, just before they were upgrading to the whole renewal thing.

What server were the characters on?

Try your accountname_L, _C and/or _I.

If it was Sept 2010, his chars should be there - Is he logging on to the right server?
Valkyrie for free server, Ragnarok Renewal for the premium servers. The premiums are going f2p soon, and lots of people have free sub-time on them that they may not know about.

If he's checked both servers, he should contact the gms by submitting a ticket containing as much detail as possible at support.warpportal.com

Yeah they were 100 % on the server ymir and I only have the one account so its not like im mistaking the account.

This may seem pretty random but would you make a new character and have a look at your storage?
