Ok, the quest says that there's NPCs in Prontera selling 10 red pots and that I have to buy them at the cheapest price.
I bought 10 red pots from a NPC in Prontera, but I guess I bought them from the wrong NPC. Where is this NPC located at!?

2nd Issue - I used teleport once to Prontera and now I can't use Teleport at ALL.
What should I do?
