Ummm i wanted to know if you can upgrade your stats with each lvl up like how they do in Maplestory(note i hate MS :D)
Example being: evey lvl up you get 5 points to spend on STR,DEX,INT,LUK.

So can you do that in this game?

Your stats are automatically allocated when you level up. The only time you can pick stats are when you level past level 60, which you have a choice to put 5 stat points in any stat you choose.

Because we can change up the stats on equipment, and I guess it makes the game more balanced

A ninja or sentinel that focused everything into agility WOULD BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. Can you say possibly 400 Evade?! Maybe even 500!

but that would be the sacrifice of other stats too!

or they could just change it to something like this

STR = attack
INT = magic attack and MP
END = Defense,M.Defense and Hp
LUK = Critical Attack and Chance
SPD = Attack SPD, SPD, JMP

wait nvm that was a bad idea.
but like i said before if they just but AGI over and over again they would have no strength to attack you

Or they could change it to something like this and change evade to armor class. #6

Strength
Dexterity
Constitution
Intelligence
Wisdom
Charisma

If they had a spd stat, I'd put it all in there just to piss people off.

However, str is a completely useless stat. Most builds would most likely be a bit of INT, balanced amount of HLT and AGI, or heavily AGI with a decent bit of HLT and vice versa.
