I'm sure I'll probably max this skill anyway since there is nothing else to use my skill points for but I was wondering if it does anything else aside from taking out the size modifier?
I can see how it is useful to be able to do 100% damage on all monsters but what if I am already doing 100% damage?
I am currently lvling on large monsters with a axe and I know that that is 100% damage. Would activating weapon perfection increase my damage? Or would it do nothing since I am already doing 100% damage because I am using an axe on a large monster?
Does Weapon Perfection do anything if you already do 100% damage?

Would do nothing.
It's to compensate for the fact that blacksmiths wield weapons with horrible size penalties against small/med monsters.
