About Us
RIP was formed on the 7th of August 2010 by Reignfield (Zephy). Formed as a reckoning force against other top guilds such as Team Rambo, RIP aims to dominate WoE over the next few months. Hopefully. Do note that none of our members WoE for guild treasures and we do NOT provide salaries or handouts after every WoE. Our only aim at WoE is to enjoy ourselves, whilst improving our standards and gameplay. We sincerely frown upon Drama and try our best to ignore the ones that cause any of it. Note: We DO NOT Woe yet. RIP will be just a friendly guild until I become level 99.

RIP had intended to make low requirements, but due to seeing players leaving their guild, asking for items and leaving, and even disrespect against other members, RIP has decided to heighten the standards. Since we give priority to skill over equipment, only the following points are mandatory to join RIP.
Loyalty. You cannot be tied to any other guilds if you want to dedicate yourself to our goals.
Dedication to your character. You cannot seek to achieve perfection if you aren't willing to put some effort into it.
Teamwork mentality. Always consider if something you have can help someone else more. Are there skills you're not using that would work better with someone who can back you up? Think of the best way for you to perform as a team, not just as an individual.
Tolerance and maturity. We're looking to have fun kicking arse together, so take your pointless bitching and shove it right back up your arse.
Trust. It's an easy word to throw around, but unless you're open to the idea that your guildmates aren't out to steal your stuff and instead focused on the strength of the guild as a whole, you won't be able to fit in well at all.
We are ranked by our activity, playing skill, guild contribution, and leadership. In demonstrating these values to the guild, players earn the trust of their comrades and are entitled to receive greater benefits as they come. In other words, give all of yourself to the guild, and you will receive all you need in return. Likewise, if you don't try much at all, you won't get much out of this.
