or does the Control key not work with skills like, 50% of the time?

If I have a skill on, for example upper Slot 1, when I press Ctrl+1 I either use the bottom skill in the same slot number, or the intended skill does not cast (if bottom slot is empty).
Mind you this was happening before new UI, just that it didn't really matter because WE HAD THE ALT KEY.

Anyways, so yeah please fix it if possible! because it's bad enough we have to fully twist our hands to use skills, let alone have to repeatedly press a skill just because of a button that doesn't work properly ^^

For the skills in the CTRL bar to work u need to press CTRL + F1-F12.... not CTRL + 1-12
