I can't get RO to download...

I went to the download page and, being the technological retard that I am, could not figure out how to download it. =_=; The "free client download" is just script, apparently, and I have no clue how to save it to my hard drive. Please, will anyone take pity on me and help? I really, really do not trust bittorrent files.
