i played THQ way back... i was just wondering.. did harlequins got nerfed? been looking around and i saw some post saying they got nerfed o.o

You'll hardly find HQ with the nerf they have, so yes.

something like final decision not hitting ground anymore, but giving 3 more hits? So now it does 9 hits instead of the 6? something like that. But its ok, I still find them easy to play and very strong.
