I say take it a step further and remove post count from post thread view, too. If anyone really cares about seeing someone's post count, they'll look at the person's profile. (:

derp: And while you're at it, the post count in profile view should not include soft-deleted posts. ;)

I agree. Please theme the post count rankings to the WarpPortal game offerings.

Maybe even allow the hiding of your post count?

I don't know about some of you guys, but from my experience there are way more people with less than 50 post counts who tend to only troll or QQ about something stupid. That or they don't look at the forum enough and make ignorant rants about things that have been explained over and over.

Then again, everyone's different. You shouldn't generalize everyone into one category just because of their post count. I troll sometimes, but that's nowhere near as much as I try to make constructive criticisms.

I'd like new post ranking names though. This wouldn't be the forums without post ranking names. We had them in the old RO forums and had them when Warp Portal opened up. I don't see why we should remove them altogether. Even the iRO Wiki forums have post rankings! Add the ability to hide your post counts, but don't remove post ranking names. Oh!!! That actually sounds like an interesting idea. /gg
