Cart cannon is a joke in woe, these noob little genetics spamming cart cannon for 2.5k /heh (but its surpose to be) isnt that the reason it bypasses reductions ??
Surpose RK are bugged i mean clashing spiral's weapons weight seems to be elemental >> didnt know weight had an element... poor little ghosts... get pwned by weights

DB is ranged.
IIRC, it's not reduced by a lot of things (i think it bypasses race and element reduction), but it definitely does get reduced by fire elemental armor, and it definitely does receive the WoE reduction. Dragon breath doesn't kill good players in woe, unless you have multiple string'ed sacrament'ed rune knights spamming it. Even with a tao, one RK won't kill good players.
It's quite terrifying when you have three RK's, one with a tao, in int-strings with sacrament, all spamming it, with crazy vine to take down the pneumas, and maybe cursed circle to impede enemy mobility. As it most certainly should be, as a 10 level third job skill that requires a character-limiting stat build, relies on a mount (so any shadow chaser of similar level can, with a ~30% success rate, render them useless until they bwing and re-dragon).
DB is not really that good in woe - it's the best you can do with an RK, but the class is out-shone by the more powerful woe classes.
Also, a genetic doing 2.5k with cart cannon is a noob. I've seen _much_ higher damage from cart cannon.
Regarding clashing spiral, the weight portion of the damage is neutral/non-elemental. I've never tested whether it's treated as neutral or nonelemental (ie, whether GR reduces it). However, using endows and converters or mild wind hats does not effect the weight portion of the damage. In any case, level and stats hardly effect the damage at all. CS hurts real bad when you're level 100 or something, whether the CS is coming from a lvl 80 LK, or a lvl 150 RK - but it's a joke at higher levels.

Flee is reduced by 20%.
Long range normal attacks are reduced by 25%.
All skill-based damage except Gloria Domini and Gravitational Field is reduced by 40%.
Traps last 4 times as long.
All knock back effects are disabled. Some skills like Cicada Skin Shed may lose some functionality due to this.
Equipment preventing skills to be canceled during casting (phen card and similar items) do not function.
Explains it...
From what i remembered it was 50% off skills... 75% off range and melee was normal damage...

Clashing spiral hits ghost property monsters regardless of endow ... i'm assuming this is "non-elemental" (whatever that means)

This is around 30k base damage after 50% WoE reductions, ignoring everything besides armor element, in terms of reductions. In a pre-cast, this combined with water endowed storm blast on a portal can be deadly.
A more ordinary DB damage from an RK without stacked buffs/gear might do 1/4 the damage.

a good sorcerer can make 2 or up to 3 Rks to look like OP novices, with only his basic attacking skills usable =P its very funny to see that

Does anyone know if dragon breath gets a 75% reduction in woe >>
really this skill should be rather weak under woe rules...
The biggest Anti-RK whiner, If you know how to woe or PvP you wouldn't play without a fire armor. Besides its' pneumable, etc, etc, etc...

so asking if i should be getting 1 shotted with 20k hp seems reasonable... i dont play sura or ab so i dnt have pneuma....
p.s. i use kvm set, i try to avoid DB aoe defaulting fire armour gets ur PWNED by other classes

You are joking man..
one tao dragon breath on a 150 warlock= less than 3k hp left.
2 dragon breath from a 150 normal dragon breath build rk = death for a 150 warlock.
and seriously i dont understand the point why you say rk isnt op.
its just too much to list how op a RK is.
And dont say why just try to see how many rks in woe now and how many noob people are trying to make rk since it is op.

How many people have Tao?
This. Seriously you can't go assuming everyone has a tao, there are a few out there, but I'll label those tao's "Elite Gear" which few people on the server will lay their eyes on, much less their hands.
