As we know many raids have been made impossible by the devs balancing the game for item mall items that we do not possess in the states. The only way guilds are completing them is by using map glitches, or already have several pieces dropped from a higher level raid. Ontop of this the reward for raiding is not comparable to the time commitment which has been a major turnoff for players. My idea is to make the raid easier and make the raid doable at the intended level with 15 players or how ever many the instance is intended for, but still be challenging if the guild wishes to take their chances. Then ofcourse create a reward for attempting the harder raid.

Difficulty:Easy
Level Range: 10 levels below intended level of Instance or soloable.
Reward: 1 Weapon/Armor Drop

Difficulty: Normal
Level Range: At intended level of instance (Means scaling back raids and some instances to be doable by people that level)
Reward: 2 Weapon/Armor Drops

Diffuclty: Hard
Level Range: How raids are currently setup
Reward: 5 Weapon/Armor drops

Difficulty: Nightmare
Level Range: Current Max level of game
Reward: 15 Weapon/Armor drops

I think that, at least, the raids should be a difficulty switch that can be changed server side, that way, the requiem team of each version of the game, can set the difficulty according to the mall setup.

Also, in the particular case of Erunil Tower, there should be a way to save the progress or be able to do the different bosses at different times. Currently, kill all the bosses in orther to reach the last one, take too long and most of the people cant expend that kind of time or resources.
