I wish. Best thing to do is level all heals.

To be honest I'm not finding the cooldown nerf that much of a problem. The only noticable effects seem to be....

- Lost ~20% of healing output from the cooldowns. Can gives a nice break to cast buffs or chat tho, and still can solo heal RH / Bisky with average equipment.
- Can't time the party heals, as they have to be used in the tank healing skill rotation (unless there are many radiants). This sucks solo healing in any boss with AoE or stupid DoT effects.
- Must be in a party with your healing target for party heals (duh). Sucky in SvS or healing people from duels or PK.

IMO the heals did need a cooldown nerf, but I find it annoying if your healing target isn't in your party - if it's another player it will cast, THEN say 'Invalid Target'. Wish it checked first, or just self-cast.
