The EXP bar is divided into 9 parts instead of 10
I can't believe you still haven't noticed it -.-'

Since you seem to be modifying the UI atm, you might as well fix one of the most ridiculous bugs it has

Well, one explanation could be that they do not use the metric system for measuring exp ...

I know the Anglo-Saxon world / English-speaking countries (however you call it) use/used a lot of measures relying on the number 12 rather than 10 (PS: that's retarded IMHO but heh), but never heard of anything with 9 there
Plus the EXP bar used to be divided into 10 parts

Like "Oh, I've reached 3 bars and a half!! This means I'm at... uh... *takes calculator* 3.5 x 100 / 9 = 38.9%! Yay!"

I don't see what the big deal is.... just divide 100 by 9 = 11.111% so each bar is not 10% it's 11.1% =-)
