I was wondering whether there's a difference in changing job from Novice to Swordsman at level 7 and level 12, stat-wise and HP/SP Growth.

Do u actually benefit from changing job at earlier level? (not talking bout 40/50 job level)

Does a Novice who changes job at 7 then grow to level 12 have the same HP/SP modified as a novice who changes job at level 12.

Makes no difference. But bare in mind if you have no resources, you get free heals inside the training grounds.
