I saw the new 9th grade Runes etc. I hope you wont create new union stuff. Because then all people who spent alot of money in refining them will get worseless stuff then. So my proposal is. Why dont you make the 8grade ITems better so that they will be +9 and you make new 7 grades that are at lvl 200. ?

The point of a MMORPG is to develop new stuff and give players a new challenge every now and then.
I have several refined items and when new stuff will happen, just deal with it and work hard to be the best again.
