I logged into Ymir for the first time and found the characters slots filled with low lvl characters from Loki and my high lvl characters from Iris nowhere to be seen. Is it too late for them?

Wait, maybe I played on a different account for Iris... no I'm pretty sure that was the right account, anyway, uhm, it's a somewhat dated topic but can someone point me to that information?
