We properly installed new patches set the client etc. logged a few hrs after maint and all of a sudden this whole damn day of disconnections and failing access...

Made a lot of tracert reports, seems really WP NTT ISP has the problem... We cant play for our VIP paid package... /ragequit

I believe you have latency, but we need to know what route you are having the problem with so we can report and check appropriately.

I can't get on RO either or access WarpPortal. I'm currently using a proxy to even access this site. I think a lot of people are getting IP banned for no reason. Ragnastat's market bot has not been retrieving any market data for a long while now since it probably can't get on, while Ragial's market bot is continuing without interruption.

We all do experiencing this failing game connection attempts and access sites (unless with proxies) and the GMs already said;

*Oda: It looks like NTT is a common failure point for players in Asia. We're reporting this up, as NTT is our ISP.

Our IT guys are contacting the ISP about this, we'll post more info when it gets to us.*

Maintenance probably. It should be about this time (haven't tried to logon).

Maintenance time started 20minute ago..Well i guess im in a more of a good shoes then the rest cause. I only having fail to connect issues happen randomly ..LOl

Yeah unfortunately this is double maint week, woohoo :| One to put all the VIP and Brasilis stuff in. And another to do usual maintenance things, add extra VIP, fix anything broken about VIP or Brasilis based on feedback etc.
