-reducing the amount of lines that can be said in a given interval of seconds instead of just the chat spam counter reset with a new unique line of text
-addition of a magic chest/container item that mobs periodically drop that will automatically go into your inventory and initiate a captcha/quiz. successful answering of the captcha/quiz will result in the container granting the player food/potions. if the container is not opened within a set amount of time upon acquiring, the player will become jailed. (mobs deep in dungeons exempt, instances exempt altogether)
feel free to brainstorm more ideas like these.
