Its ridiculous that L77+ mobs still drop eximus basic xeons in Numaren, they should be dropping rares instead. Since highest lvl eximus item is L69(S1) and highest rare lvl item is L70(S1).

Also its unfair that carus basic xeons only drop in ST and ET.

My proposal/suggestion is:

L60-L71 mobs - eximus basic xeons drops
L72-L81 mobs - rare basic xeons drops(whole of Numaren only drop rare or carus xeons)
L81 or L82+ mobs - carus basic xeons drop(lower chances than ST/ET mobs)

Yes, it should be more like that. The mob's range that drop the xeons dont have much relation with the lvl range in wich the items of x grade can be obtained. I guess that the problem is that the raids are designed to be completed for higher lvl players than the lvl of the items, and the xeons to reinforce/enchant are also droped at a higher lvl.

I agree..... Sadly we prob won't see arus basic drop from normal mob til Rozen. Even then, the basics to get will be Mysterious.

It is not that bad.
It makes Rare stand for what it means.

The problem is, the S1->S2 gear nerf makes it hard for those of use who played in S1 accept the nerfed gear.
