Playspan is dumb and rejects payment 90% of the time. You should find a new company to deal with that doesn't have stupid filtering that they can't disclose anything about.
Yeah, isn't it a pain to get money into them? I've never been able to get a payment to them. You can buy those game cards to use at playspan at some stores though, i think.
If you don't want to deal with playspan, you can always pay gravity directly, using a credit card. It's a lot easier to get grav to take a credit card than getting playspan to do so.
Why does playspan give bonuses that you can't get by dealing direct with gravity? Probably because the portion of the gross sales that is lost to fraud is smaller, because of all the things they do that make it hard to pay them.

I can't blame them too much. The level of fraud that MMO Gaming companies are targeted by probably exceeds that of any other legal industry.
I think its legality-related but I don't think its just the fraud checks. I think they just have a third-party payment processor script that they bought and don't know anything about. They told me they have no way of checking error logs or otherwise have any involvement. They're afraid I guess of having any to-do with payments incase of the extra legalities of handling payment data. But they don't seem to realise you don't need to handle payment data to just check and fix a bug in the script. Tbey agreed with me they should contact their payment processor provider to work out the issue but I doubt anything will come of that since its been going on for over a year now. The amount of money they're losing yearly by refusing half or more of the orders they get via a buggy script would probably pay the legal fees of whatever they're afraid of...

Actually, I don't understand why they make such a big fuss, it's not like they're selling real goods like Amazon do. And they definitely shouldn't punish honest customers who haven't done charge backs or anything like that with their bs rules that they won't even tell you about. That's no way to get people to use your service.

It's my understanding that chargebacks are associated with significant processing costs for the seller.

gocash game card is the answer, can get them at gas stations, drugstores and even gamestop.
They sell Ultimate Game Cards at Gamestop too, except they're the darn $20 ones. =( And the GoCash ones never seem to have cool events for using them.
It's my understanding that chargebacks are associated with significant processing costs for the seller.
Oh, I see, would still think they'd make enough profit off of legitimate sales to make the costs negligible. Unless it's really that bad of a problem and the costs are that high.

I wanted to purchase a WPE coupon for my friend so he can use the points for a VIP. Otherwise I never would touch Playspan.

They seem to have a lot of different places that carry the ultimate gamecards in the US. I've found the 7-11 near work carries them in different denominations and picked up one when they had the parade hat redemption offer going on.
