Any1 have a link to a built or willing to help me with the built? I seen alot of 1:2:1 Str,Dex,Sen and Con @ 45-ish, Is that good?

Con is EXTREMELY low. Katar Raiders are PvP classes and in PvP you want to have say 300+ con i would say work on Dex and Con 1st and only them and dont go anymore then 300 and put the rest in 1:1 Str Sen

Stick to 150-210 con when you're max level. Higher than that, there aren't much returns, and lower than that you won't be hitting much.

u speak as though we have as many points as we wish
taking dex and con both upto 300 will mostly leave you with nothing to spare
dex should go to 300-350
210 MAX con
rest into str
keep sen 40-70 no more or no less
