I understand emp takes only 1 damage in renewal from attacks.
So would katar, dual dagger, single dagger, or barehanded be the best to break emp for a sin? And what if I have a snake hat for double attack on katar?

Once again...+9 KVM Katar = 193aspd
Or an Atroce carded weapon.
It has never been officially confirmed by the GM's, so nobody's sure whether Double Attack works at all as damage of 2 instead of 1 each time it triggers. General consensus is that without a +9 KVM Katar or an Atroce carded weapon, fastest setup would be Barehanded with a Left Hand Dagger.
