Just wondering if 100 dex is worth it for cart cannon cast time. Some say yes some say no and i dunno who to trust. Just wanted to get some opinions before i go and get a stat change.

Here is a genetic who has pissed quite a number of people off cause he killed them 's opinion :
Do it for the love of god, without it you can get more damage, true. But you will cast a lot slower for just that little more dmg, stupid~
70~80 dex is fine but if you wanna go 100 it's ok too but make sure you dun compromise your int and str too much
