Guys, i'm new at this game but i thought i installed all the client needs to start working but even if i log in i have no access to choose a character, what's wrong with it? What can i do?

Are you trying to create a character on Ymir? You need a VIP subscription to do that. Try making a character on Valkyrie.

You should try to pick the other 2 options Valkyrie or Yggdrasil , you cannot create characters if you are not VIP in Ymir.

Thnks but still is not working. i tried to use those other options but is always giving me an error message falied to cennect server... that's why i was using the ymir one because is the only one that's taking me one step ahead.

Run Ragnarok.exe, not Renewal.exe.
