So i was thinking, with cart cannon and dragon-breath bypassing demi-human gears, does a horn card lower damage... i mean they are ranged attacks horn card (35% off ranged attacks) alligator would do the same i suppose?

It ignores all % reductions. DB ignores fire resistance too

I think Dragon breath can be reduced with Sky Petite shield... But I didn't test it xD
