hrm, left 182 aspd char attacking another char with hairband equipped in pvp for about an hour, didnt trigger. Thats approximately 9000 attacks. Even if the chance is 0.01% I still would have had about a 90% chance of triggering it.

Actually if its .01% to proc and you attacked 9000 times its only about a 60% chance to proc -_^

so if i understand it works unlike RW / MEH when you TAKING damage, right ?

but i have nothing yet ...
where you find the information about 0.01% proc rate?

there seem to be issues with alot of equipment procs... necromancers hood doesnt proc at all like it should

Actually this works really well for my ranger, i could stay in camo for the rest of TI time while gaining full sp by chances when I AS the mobs. I nver tried RWH yet so by seeing how ppl say how good is RWH i'd say this is the cheap version of it xD

i guess while mobbing, he received lots of damage... thats prob why rune hairband procs

oh mobbing with camo....

ingame desc is 'add a low chance of recovering hp/sp when the user receives physical melee damage'

That is because translations of the descriptions in game aren't always accurate so Irowiki uses player knowledge to give a corrected and more accurate description of what the item actually does.

I use Rune Hairband as well and it works because I would bleed to 1 sp and end up with about 1k sp the next second. I like rune because it's cheaper than rwh and it looks much cuter!

soooo, yeah, even for you, the real description is missing...
where i play, some ppl said it's when dealing damage but that's not the item description...

and according to 10% hp , 5 %sp (not sure but, average?), it proc often, right ? like around at the same than rideword hat ??


i have in my head that maybe it's 10% to give you full HP, and 5% give you full SP, coz it sound weird that proc % are missing

I dont think it is 10% and 5% chance of gaining FULL hp/sp either. Cause when I used it for Severe Rainstorm it doesnt works so well, better chance of proc with SR Ithough but the damage u deal is lower so doesnt really helpful as much as Ranger's Arrow storm give. So i will go with the chance gaining 10% of hp ,5% of sp from damage u deal.
