Just noticed yesterday I couldn't use this on my High Priest. It does the AR animation but does not affect ASPD or throw any error messages. The animation doesn't play on party members like its supposed to.

Yeah I had seen mention from other people so I assume me/my scrolls aren't bugged and its a global problem with them

They were working on Yggdrasil last I checked
