I am currently a level 57 gank rogue and planning to start my hunt of the Orc archer bow at level 63. I was wondering if it's possible to do this at the clock tower at such a low level seeing there are many high level monsters in there as well.
My stats of right now are
20 str
20 agi
74 dex

I will also have my priest there to buff me she is only 79 though. Thanks

You'll get raped by the Arclouze that reside there. What the hell kind of build is that? There's barely any Agi. Don't tell me you decided on getting Vit? Go find the stat resetter in the Eden Group. Take off all that Dex and switch it out with Agi.

The reason I have so much dex is because of the new formula for gank/steal. I plan on getting agi next then cap at a 50 str. Though I'll see where my plan goes if it doesn't work out I'll stat reset

No, you definitely need to stat reset. There's no point in Ganking if you can't proc the effect fast with high Aspd. No Agi means no Aspd. Even with that kind of Dex, you won't be auto-Stealing much. You also won't be able to level at all without either high Vit or Agi. You sure as hell won't survive down there either.
