Armour enchant rates:

That's 25% enchant success rate, that isn't bad I should probably get it first few tries. Can somebody explain please.

If +14->+15 is 1% enchant success rate, why do I keep failing?I have the EW blacksmith supposably ''20% enchant success rate'', Should Buy a Lottery Medal(1% enchant success rate), and an eyepatch (3% enchant success rate).
That's 25% enchant success rate, that isn't bad I should probably get it first few tries. Can somebody explain please.
That's because the 25% is a percent, its not added. I'm pretty sure this is the proper math:
20% of 1000 (1%) = 200
+03% of 1000 = 30
+01% of 1000 = 10
+01% of 1000 = 10
------------------------------
= 250 bonus
Then
1000(original success value) + 250(bonus) = 1250
1250/100000 = 0.0125 x 100 = 1.25%
So actual adjusted success rate is 1.25%. I think.
Edit: I'm probably wrong, who knows.

If it was not working you would have seen a thread from pretty much every person in that guild QQ'ing.I thought someone said that the 2* castle's smith wasn't working.
