are they GM waaaaaaaay behind on tickets again?

sometimes they will reply in 4hrs - 6hrs or 1 - 2 days only.

but i've been waiting for a reply for almost 5 days now.
i guess there are lots of new tickets again everyday.

hope to receive response in the ticket soon.

Due to the influx of new people coming in to participate in the free VIP times being added to old accounts and the reduced staff over the holiday weekend, this has put a bit of a wrench into the works. We're working hard to knock out VAS, bugs and other pressing issues keeping people out of the game first, so we all appreciate you guys being so patient.
