Soooooo...I go to kill Orc Hero like 20 minutes ago and theres this RK killing it already and I come along and bomb Heros face off. Then i get some pms sayin that hes gonna report me for KSin and i just laughed at him and told him to basically go cry a river since MVPs are free for all. Then he goes into this crap about how he got 2 people banned for it. Im just posting this to get it straightened out once and for all...MVPs free for all or not?

They are totally free for all. I highly doubt he got anyone banned for KSing an mvp, unless they were hindering his ability to attack it. Ie. Ice walling him off from it, or trying to kill him, etc.
Drops are free for all as well, but its seen as rude to steal the "mvps" loot.

MVPs are indeed free for all but I hate ppl stealing them though... though are just stolen in my perspective

It's meant to be competitive. I usually only hit an mvp here or there but if someone complains I make a point to show up until they don't rofl. Whining gets you nowhere when it's within the rules of the game.

Yeah, as long as you were just directly out DPSing him (not manholing him out of the action or otherwise griefing him) you were completely in the right.

Though, if I were you I'd find the section of the rules that deals with MVPs being FFA (if you can) and have it handy, because I'm not sure if the people who answer the tickets always know the rules of the game.

Ok its not like i was scared to get banned or anything i just wanted to know once and for all cause i never knew officially. I only found out they were free for all by hear say. But yeah i used to be nice and not attack mvps people were attacking but its as they say "Nice guys finish last."
