Yesterday, I think I saw an option to delete and rename threads. But when I logged in today, those options were gone. How's that possible?

To edit title of a post, you must use the full editor. Click on your post that you want to change, click on Edit and then Click on Use Full Editor.
I do not know how to delete a full thread, however.

It's a minor glitch that seems to be randomly appearing. I've had it before I became a Moderator but after testing it I noticed that I could only alter topics made by myself.
I've also encountered similar glitches on other IPBoards as well.
