I was impress that they actually lvl to 50 and go to Luna lol either spending money on tele ticket or do quest, I'm still impress :-)

You can go to luna even if you're just level 1.

How come GMs just don't teleport them to prison in room 4? They'd never get out and we'd get to see a ton of dead ZS.

wasnt there something about those monsters not attacking people 100 or less? also rather ban the account then just annoy 1 character, they can just make another acount as well.

Well you have to hand it to them that they actually leveled a character to be able to get to Luna
