I just did a server transfer but I just have all these "GMbonds" in place of money.. where do I change them up?

When you login after transferring to a different server, you end up in a little room with an npc. When you talk to the npc it'll offer to transport you out of the room and say something about trading in you war bonds. Don't choose the option to go to town. You have to walk towards the left, away from the npc and then back to the npc. You should be able to trade in your bonds, pick up your pet if you had one and then you can leave to town.

I just did a server transfer and I was not started in a room with an NPC, I was dumped into Prontera. Any ideas?
