Currently funding myself a new weapon, I got tired of my gun.

So what I want to hear from you all is:

What is the actual difference in AP/"Playability" between them.
I am not talking PvP, I am talking PvM.

Which would be better suited for the PvM field when you keep Zulie in mind.
Is the difference so big that an Epic should be worth it?

The difference is most likely minimal, especially for pvm purposes.

I don't think you need a Epic Launcher for PvM, a Harden Giga Wave is good enough. If you want to have good stats for Union War/PvP then you get the epic launcher if not just stick with the HGW you will still be able to farm pretty good. But from what i've heard, Epic Launcher +15 has about 200-300 more ap than Harden Giga Wave +15, also has more range/acc/crit. So if you got money to spend, i'd say the Epic launcher would be a good investment. But if you're just looking foward to farm and save cash then stick with HGW(15)

200-300 more ap? Is that AP on the weapon or total when equipped?

Total equipped I guess.

It's easy.

Find out ap of a lvl200 +15 and the epic +15.
Then equip some low level launchers and see what your ap becomes in relation to the launcher ap's.
Now you can decide if your ap increase will be worth it with the epic or not.

But Jappie2's estimate sounds like what you should be seeing depending on your gear.
