I hope so, the extra flee and skill cost reduction would be very helpful in tight situations.

I was wondering if an RK with enchant blade active, can activate the isilla cards effects?

EB adds damage to melee attacks, the amount of added damage being based on the player's magic attack.
The inflicted damage does not count as magic damage.
