i have some problems with the ingame item mall.

if i open the item mall, the IM window popped up..but i cant see any item...only the words " Loading Item Mall ".

but nothing happens. and while the IM window is open a cant move...and even arround 30 secs after i closed the IM window i cant move !!!


pls fix.

The game freezes when you open the in-game IM but it'll "unfreeze" after you close it (about 30 secs). This thread should be on the Bug Reporting section.

Currently after I open IM my client reads "Server Disconnected." And then my client is forced to close.

I didn't have this problem an hour ago though.

Me too on 3 different PC's, clicking the in game IM button gives me a Server Disconnect.

Now that I think about it ... I'm pretty sure this issue happened right around 12:00AM of May 6th.

It's most likely due to the 100 Points rewarded to all WP Accounts today.

I opened the item mall and CRASH!! Server disconnect.

The Team is aware of the issue and they are working on correcting it right now. I'll keep this thread posted as I get more information.

They have found the issue, there is a problem with the queueing system internally for the Item Mall and when that queue fills up it overflows and begins crashing any subsequent client that tries to access the Item Mall. Again, they are aware of this issue and will have it corrected shortly. This will require a server restart, which will be announced shortly as well.
