I want to level my RK at bio3 with gloomy CS. Rate this idea on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the best possible score. Any additional comments or feedback are appreciated.

No rating: depends on your skill, gear, and consumables used.

Snipers will probably always be in flee-up mode; it's unlikely you'll hit them.
Sinxs will be in flee-up often, unlikely to hit them.
Monster exp-to-HP ratios are terrible there.
The Sinx and LK are demon, where other mobs are demihuman. Some of the optimal gear may be out of the budget of someone leveling there (like an ogretooth shield).

Bug: Sometimes, the mini boses are named exactly the same as their normal mob counterpart (and none have auras since they're no longer lv99). They would destroy a typical character trying to solo there for exp (e.g. lv 130's RK).
