Dear WarpPortal staffs,
I bought the May Lucky Crate about 5 minutes from this email and the description of the crate stated that "a crate that contains 5 May Lucky Packs. I purchase this thing for 1200, opened it, only to see one lucky pack instead of 5 as promised. I would like to request for a refund for this item as it did not produce what it had promised.
In short: Bought the May Lucky Crates. Opened it. Got only one Lucky pack. Please help me!
