I'll say this, bot testing is more about testing behavior rather than dialog.

If someone is able to manipulate the mouse/keyboard to make character go there is certain stimuli that they react to, else they are walking in a straight line casting skills randomly. GMs know that and test the behavior when confronted with stimuli or lack thereof, bots act one way, humans act another. Humans tend to get "distressed" when things start acting unexpectantly, bots react differently.

Maybe you were not using a 3rd party program, but that status doesn't change here on the forums, it is resolved in the ticket system.

I got an email from an account claiming to be my grandfather a while back, and, he's more formal. There was literally a smiley every other word, with XD almost after each smily, along with common abbreviations.
So, I don't mean to cause offense.
And, if you are actually being sincere, I'm sorry.
If you aren't, okay.
EDIT: And by smiley, I meant literal smiley. So, you get a text, and half of what they typed seems to turn into smileys.

If the Gm just pops out of nowhere it means they know you character name and ported directly to you. To know your name they must of had at least one ticket from some one that you were botting. Just face it you were botting.

If you're banned, you get dc'd.

You can't take a screenshot after dc'ing.

If she didn't know how to screenshot, she would definitely not know what /savechat is.

If she had known what /savechat is, she would have known how to open chat and talk ingame.

The text in the first post which is what the gm says is too detailed compared to the rest of the post.
