I suspect devs didn't quite think the PB + battlefields through properly. The way PBs can be 'abused' in BFs is just plain ridiculous; use it in one run and when you reload to your own server its 100% again.

And starting this QQ thread because my Druid got hit for 6499 damage from an Elementalist's PB casting some instant nuke. How the hell is that balanced? With s1 HP jewelry and fully buffed I get ~6.2k HP on my Druid. Someone tell me how its balanced when people can just walk through other side instant killing everyone on their way.. and if they're one of those jerk ones they'll just leave the battlefield and rejoin with full PB again.

Have my doubts on devs even bothering to consider disabling PBs in battlefields when there's rumors of HC 100% potions.

As much as i agree to this suggestion it makes me die a little inside just thinking that they will never act on such an idea.. As it is right now people who are against PB in bf are QQing, If they every change it the people who are for the PBs in bf will just QQ about them not being able to beast through FOC anymore. So its a dying cause :lol:

Its not really about who will omplain about it. Its more along the lines of is it the better choice to remove or leave as is. Personally I think its a better choice to take them out because as lanka's said its just bull-_-. They can fix the pb for certain classes so all can own but its better for gameplay to just take them out. At least in all except svs.

1) Fix the bug of the damage increase from resistance.
2) Remove PB from battles.
3) Choose the easier way from 1) or 2).

PBs shouldnt reset when the player go out of the battleground.

Fix the dmg bug.

PBs should have more melee skills.

Be able to use it with the attack speed buffs and range buffs: if the PBs are too op with those, is only because the class itself is too op, and not the PB.

Change the Skill Attack Amplify for Physical Dmg Attack Amplify and Magic Dmg Attack Amplify.

Make the armors dropped by nightmares as it was before, and maybe put skills to the armor pieces as it was in S1.

you actually think it's a bug that PB's damage increase with the resistance ?

also when/if the PB damage will be decreased you can expect more threads with the subject " why is my PB damage lower than before QQ ? give the DMG BACK QQ "

Well everyone said so, I seriously haven't tested it before, but as I see those who do 6k 7k 8k++ damage with PB have high resistance.

And of course there will be QQ, we can't always make everyone happy, only the majority. Most players in FOC found this thing overpowered and thus something needs to be done. There are players who can't get a single kill without using PB, and abuse it by rejoining the battlefield several times until their team wins. I've seen a person using PB four times a row in one FOC match. If a buggy system can't be fixed, better remove it than leaving it there glitchy.

i didn't meant to say damage is not increased by resist.. what i meant to say it's that it's not a bug! the PB dmg is supposed the increase cause that's how the dev's made them!
PB in s1 was a total failure the dmg wasn't very big and now the PB is a failure cause the dmg is to big

And why rise it with resistances? that dont have much sence, the pbs alredy give the dmg multiplier. Pluss, i have maxed resistances in most elements and my dmg dont rise at all, that means is a bug that happen under x circumstances.

cause you lose dmg on your char if you switch to TB resistance jewels... but when you release your PB the effect is reversed :lol:

most of the people i see crying about it dont know how to lower the damage down by pb skills to them.
fixing the its not hard to hit 10k+ thing with the pb's would be great. but if your going to take them out of bf's just take them out of the game.

grind? with charge 1 pb, any aoe char can destroy one room in js, with charge 3 or 4 you can do both north rooms easy, makes the already painful long grind a bit faster

@nadesh, resistance only increases the dmg of pb skills only, not elec and charged bolt, but if you know it already then nvm

and lol i qq when im in pb and some anoying shammy pb 1 hits me qq, and ranger,sin, avenger and zerk can kill most pbs with ease too, apart from commie/prot in pb thats the hardest to kill

Leave it as it is. I'm a sin and I'm saying it. Just make that there couldn't be more than 1 PB at 1 time in FoC(I mean that 2 players couldn't use PB at once) It's pretty fun when you have to team work a little to kill the PB and not just kill the players..

I'll not have a pb for grind: 1º - you pb get exp when ur on it & 2º - will be a lazy excuse for have one (only for get exp); and if tht's the question (be lazy for up more faster) i'll be waiting the rest of the ppl get pb's for up me more faster on Js :p_devil:


No point have a pb if u dont have the option of use it on bfg!

Rage+maxed PB=Something like 20~30 kills from one rush..

Its just as gay in SvS as in any other BF.
