From now, May 19th - Monday, May 23rd, post your best looking ROSE Pirate outfit and have a chance to receive special Pirate prizes! The more people you have dressed up like ROSE Pirates in your screenshots, the more likely you and your friends have a chance at winning! I will also be in-game tomorrow, May 20th at 7AM PDT, to see some of the best looking pirates in-game, so come visit us at [Vicious Captain] Ruvens boat in the City of Junon Polis!

I think the point of this is to have originality instead of using the IM items as a whole suit. There are other items that apply for such a 'look.'

(In reference to people saying Zack Costumes, etc.)

I think it was rather quiet on the "Announced Meter." You may want to get into the major clans and tell the members and/or leaders to tell their members.

Sending out a few announcements per hour could also get you a lot more feedback.
