I accidentally pressed the minus sign on the message boxes and removed my "General Message" box. How do I add it back?

If I can't add it back, how do I make a new one and rename it as "General Message" (or whatever I like).

Actually, I know how to add a new tab/message box, but I don't know how to rename it ("New_Tab2" sounds like a poor, unclear message box).
