Requiendium is outdated. The one on kruxena is more up to date, but it is outdated as well.

so basicly there is no update one, so what exaclty is max level in this game now?

The max lvl is 79 100%
(edited) the kruxena page have some outdated skill info, but you can check it with the requiem-wiki. The skill max lvl, dna and character's max lvl, is still the same, so, is still useful to make a character build.
