You can't register after maintenance anymore, but the NPC shouldn't disappear. :/

We actually got thrown a curve ball by HQ on this one. Someone goofed and the NPC Guild War Manager has been removed... Good thing this was only a test, we will have to see what happens today. I believe the Tournament will happen but anyone that gets disconnected will not be able to rejoin the battlefield because we cannot create the NPC, which is used to rejoin. (We were going to try to implement a fix to get the NPC back, during the IDC Maintenance, but we were not sure it would work, and I don't think it was done.)

Also, it could be nice to be able to join until one or two hours before the war start: most people cant be sure if they will be online with so much time of anticipation
