My account from iRO I stopped playing in 2003. I got an email and it intrigued me to play again. Only after getting my passwords reset and all that garbage all my characters are gone. I sent a ticket and it has been a week and now sys that it has to be sent to another department. I just really wanted to check it out again but it looks like I won't get to. I don't really want to start over.

Have you read through the returning players thread? (the first part): http://forums.warppo...urning-players/ it explains where your characters may have gone.
They are probably still around but the account name and password (may) have changed. But yes, you will have to send in a ticket to get help with account problems.
