You can do three things actually:

Your first option would be to find the closest Taobao-store in Hong Kong, they sell Ultimate Game Cards.
Your second option would be to buy an Ultimate Game Card on Amazon. Sadly they're out of stock right now so keep checking it daily!
Your third option would be finding someone you trust and who lives in the USA. You can ask that person to buy you an Ultimate Game Card and giving you the code in exchange for a WarpPortal Gift Card. This is not recommended though and keep in mind that no one can be trusted.

Well ... It's almost like every known place that sell UGC is no longer available. Looked at more then 5 store but none of them carry them anymore.

Did this company doing bad businesses or something??? All the big store doesn't want to restock them make you curious ....

You will receive 1 Hat, per Ultimate Game Card redemption. You may redeem as many cards as you would like.

This is not a GoCashGame event but an Ultimate Game Card event. Aside from that Gravity already announced that the names of those who won will not be posted in public unless the winners of the event agree to that.I suggest you respect their privacy as they see that fit.
